I always watched that episode of The All New Popeye Show on Cartoon Network so I didn't miss a single scene. These cartoons were produced by Hanna-Barbera in the late 1970s & the early 1980s because Daws Butler is still alive.

In late 1998, Cartoon Network (Australian and New Zealand TV channel) started the Powerhouse era which were acquired from the United States. The Powerhouse bumpers would later debut in Southeast Asia the following year, August 22 to be exact.
